my pic in chiloé :D

This picture was taking by my friend José in Castro, Chiloé. On it you can see my cousin Valentina and me. We are in a crafty fair in Castro city. In this picture you can see a written paper that says “here is the Trauco” a mythic character from Chiloé Island in Chile. Of this mythic character has been said that he was a small men, no more than eighty centimeters tall, with a very masculine shape, and an ugly face. He is the spirit of fertile love, creator of the new life, father of natural children. He lives in the woods near to the Chilotes houses.

For single girls, he is purpose of concern and worry. Some woman said that he is an awful and small monster that scares. Other woman said that in fact he is ugly, is not that much disgusting, all the opposite he is very attractive.
Well, we took this picture, because we found funny the message in the paper and because we want to have something that remains our visit to that crafty fair. This picture was taken in an evening, one of many days we went to do sightseeing in Castro city at Chiloé Island in Chile.
I like this photo, because in her there is my cousin Valentina and I, it’s a beautiful memory, and very funny, beside it’s a pretty place, very representatively of the handcrafted fairs of this city. Another motive, for which I like this photo, is because it was taken by our friend Jose, who accompanied us in the trip to the south of the country, Chile.
I recommend goes to Castro's city in Chiloé Island, to visit this handcrafted fair, because it is interesting and nice what they show and sell.

the cell phone =)!

Mi favorite technological object is the cell phone. I take mine with me everyday and I use it when I need to talk with somebody, when I want to take picture or recording a video and when I want to send a text message. I always use it as I said every day, sometimes in my bag, pocket or jacket. I like it because it’s useful, I can be always communicated with people who could be away. It’s the ideal technological object, because you can use it a anytime, anywhere. My life without cell phone would be exasperating. One day without it and I could not be in touch with my family, friends, boyfriend and my university mates. I wouldn’t be able to send messages to say something important to anybody away from me, neither taking nice pictures nor recording any interesting event. For all this, my daily life would be not only boring but also more difficult, because in an emergency i couldn’t call anyone for help, and I already have done it.

My favorite film "Pach Adams"

Patch Adams is movie directed by Tom Shadyac in 1998, United States. The movie is based on a real history of Hunter, “Patch” Adams and the book Gesundheit: Good Health is a Laughing Matter, written by Adams and Maurren Mylander. It is the biography of the doctor Patch Adams (Robin Williams) who gave a drift on the official medical community applying singular therapies, sustained on making people laugh and to be careful with the patients suffering from cancer.
In 1969, Hunter Adams (Robin Williams) was having a conflict of interest and voluntarily went into a psychiatric hospital. He found that helping to his intern mattes, was giving meaning to his life. In fact, this inspired him to leave the hospital and become a doctor, in order to help people.
Soon he found out that Medicine Schools have a philosophy of “No engagement” with their patients, is and attitude that does not contemplates the emotional necessities to improve their life quality.
“Patch” Adams wants to find a better way to help them, but its consequences are a challenging the rules and authority, this will have severe results.
The main characters are Robin Williams (Patch Adams), Monica Potter (Carin), Philip Seymour Hoffman (Mitch), Alan Tudyk (Everton), Ryan Hurst (Neil), Peter Coyote (Bill Davis). I like this movie because is fun, emotional, deep, intense, and speaks about real life.
I like it because is a beautiful life history.
